Payment is made online, in full, at the time of booking, by bank card, Apple Pay, Bancontact or iDEAL. Payments are securely processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), via the Smoobu booking engine. No bank details are stored or processed directly by us.
The conditions below are also shown in the booking window, before payment. Any booking implies acceptance of them, as well as of the house rules available on the homepage.
The total price of the stay, including the cleaning fee and the tourist tax, is displayed in the booking window before payment.
The holder of the bank card used for the booking is personally responsible for any damage, deterioration, loss or theft found in the accommodation during the stay, whether or not they caused it directly. The owner may ask for reimbursement of any damage found, on presentation of supporting documents (photos, repair or replacement quotes).
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 5 days before the arrival date. After that, no refund is possible. In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, no refund is possible: the stay remains payable in full and the amount already paid is kept. To cancel, write to contact@location-malo-les-bains.fr or use the messaging of the platform used for the booking.
